Born in 1974, SERTRAM is a business group with a predominant vocation in real estate, specialized in office buildings with strong technological content, especially telecommunications. Since 1992 SERTRAM's business model is 100% oriented on infrastructures for technology and telecommunications. Today, SERTRAM is a referent in the sector. SERTRAM Technology Complex is the set of buildings managed by SERTRAM, including the building SERTRAM I.
