We're an annual festival about service design, discussing the present and exploring the future of the discipline. Since 2014, the festival has been working to increase recognition, employment and the critical value of service design as an industry.Aside from raising awareness of what service design is and can do, the festival seeks to create employment and networking opportunities, and provides an open platform to critique the practice of the discipline. The festival is here to tackle the emerging issues of this evolving industry, and to celebrate the work of those practicing service design.Our 2020 festival is: catalysing change. The theme is EQUITY: we are building bridges and forging links to help solve societal and environmental challenges, and initiating actions via the design and service design community to go on post-event.
