Service Visuals is the innovative developer of technically accurate, yet easy to understand animations for the automotive service and repair industry. Our products are created to fill the need in the industry for simple to use graphical explanations usable by service advisors to keep customers informed of what services are being performed on their vehicles and why.Our browser or tablet delivery platforms enable service managers and service advisors to access animations from any location on any internet-enabled device; and our animations cover all major vehicle systems, including brakes, steering, suspension, engine management, cooling, heating and air conditioning. Each animation shows the normal function of the part and then how the part can fail – for example, we show what causes a brake disc to feel warped, what happens to the engine when a timing belt breaks, the effects on tyre wear from worn ball joints or on engine temperature from a broken water pump and hundreds more. Our customers can also access hundreds of narrated animations which clearly describe the component or system and the potential failures; each of these animations can also be sent by either email or SMS to your customers.
