Serving While Achieving Greatness, Inc. (SWAG) is a non-profit organization located in New York City. SWAG focuses on maximizing the potential of talented youth and empowering them with the knowledge and skills to become agents of change in their communities.SWAG strives to be the catalyst in the development of socially conscious leaders by empowering high-potential students to realize and strengthen their leadership qualities, while inspiring a commitment to service.Through leadership training and an innovative, "swagged out" curriculum, our students develop their own ideas and solutions to transform their neighborhoods. Through student-led initiatives aimed at solving a specific issue within their community, they recruit the support of the entire community-- friends, family, and others-- to make their visions come alive.
