Together, they have over 40 years in all aspects of restoration and insurance industries, assuring the best level of customer service possible in every situation. Since 2007, Rich & Shannon have been dedicated to growing their business, employing and training a 5-star team, and helping the local Long Island community.Our CommunityRich & Shannon have lived on Long Island their whole lives and are very involved in giving back to the local community. Rich is a volunteer fireman at Centereach Fire Department and spends most of his free time on the firetruck. SERVPRO of Patchogue is also very active in the local community. SERVPRO of Patchogue is a members of 4 local Chambers of Commerce, has sponsored various local 5k's in the area, and has sponsored & participated in Alive After Five every year! For the past two years, SERVPRO of Patchogue has hosted a yearly fundraiser for USO and our United States Troops. This event has been a huge success both years and SERVPRO of Patchogue was able to donate over $30,000 to the troops. During Hurricane Irma in August 2017, Rich and his team at SERVPRO of Patchogue hit the road to Jacksonville, Florida to help the people affected by the hurricane. SERVPRO of Patchogue stayed in Florida for 30 days, helping over 60 homes affected by Hurricane Irma.Our testimonials are our most prized possessions!
