Sesame manufactures the Sesame Seed which is a hardware retrofit that allows homeowners to control their garage from a smartphone. While the Sesame Seed works as a standalone private solution, it also works in tandem with Sesame's parking marketplace. Sesame's parking marketplace is currently in San Francisco and allows the owner of a parking space to list its availability for short-term and long-term rental by drivers in need of a place to park their car.
