Setata is a holding company of Setata Construct and Setata Living that offers construction services in the form of One Stop Solution. One Stop Solution starts from the planning, construction, supervision stages to processing permits such as building permits. The planning stage includes field surveys, checking ground contours, layouts, 3D drawings (Exterior and Interior), 3D rendering (Exterior and Interior), and technical drawings (Detail Engineering Design and Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing). The construction stage includes excavation and construction of foundations, structures (wood, concrete, steel), roofing work, as well as interior and furniture. The supervision stage is to ensure that what will be built in the development stage is in accordance with what was made in the planning stage.
