Seturotech, Inc. is a biotech startup founded in 2017 by Tatsuya Takemoto and his team at Tokushima University. Our technological basis is two genome-editing techniques, GEEP method for embryos and VIKING method for cultured cells. These methods were developed by our founders, Prof. Tatsuya Takemoto and Designated Assoc. Prof. Shun Sawatsubashi.With these technology, Seturotech aims to become a major company providing all kinds of genetically engineered animals. As a first step, we are supporting pharmaceutical and food manufacturers as well as university researchers to streamline their research activities by providing research and development support tools.Also, we are implementing the innovative livestock production system on animal breeding using genome-editing technology.We aim to bring about industrial change through genome editing technology, enrich people's lives, and contribute to the health and industrial development in the world.
