Seven Sheds is an artisan craft brewery based in Tasmania's north-west, owned and operated by Willie Simpson and Catherine Stark. Opened in 2008, Seven Sheds alehouse produces a range of brews inspired by British & European traditions as well as ingredients sourced locally. Seven Sheds cellar door operates from Wednesday to Sunday every month except August from 11am to 5pm September to May; 11am to 3pm June and July. A part of the Cradle to Coast Tasting Trail, Seven Sheds offers brewery tours, tastings, beer by the glass and take-away sales. The regular range includes Kentish Ale, Paradise Pale, Razzamatazz, Willie Warmer and Elephants Trunk. Seasonals include Stark Raven Oatmeal Stout, St Ella India Pale Ale (SIPA), Black Inca, Cherry Saison, Summer Saison, Leggett IPA and Fuggled Porter, plus a range of other astonishing and delicious brews. Seven Sheds Mead is also available at the cellar door by the glass and bottle. Seven Sheds makes a regular appearance at Tasmanian festivals including Taste of Tasmania, Festivale, Taste the Harvest, Tasmanian Craft Fair, Blooming' Tulips and Taste of the North West as well as a monthly stall at Harvest Launceston Community Farmers Market.Events at Seven Sheds include Hop Harvest in March and Oktoberfest late September.
