Sewing Summit Details
Sewing Summit is a one-of-a-kind event, created to bring the modern sewist out from behind the sewing machine & computer screen to connect in person with friends and peers & to learn from some of the freshest & most exciting leaders in the modern sewing community.The inaugural Sewing Summit was held in Salt Lake City, Utah, in October 2011. Over 200 attendees came from all over the US & Canada (& even one from Germany!) for a weekend filled with amazing classes, networking events, social meet-ups & some uninterrupted sewing time. A cross between a sewing retreat & a blogging conference, there is no other event just like Sewing Summit!Sewing Summit 2012 is being held October 11th-13th, 2012, again in downtown Salt Lake City, Utah, and expects to sell out at 250 attendees & teachers.
