DESCRIPTION * Legal Reports execution: o Viability o Identification of Risks and Responsibilities. o Prevention. * Constitution and Management of companies. * Drafting, Implementation and Accomplishment of National and International Commercial Contracts. * Legal Advice on Transportation and Insurance. * Legal Conflict Resolution and especially Civil, Commercial and Administrative. * Claims Legal Defence. * Compensation Claim contract and tort. * Study and Application of International Taxation (including tax havens). * Application and Development, in the companies: o Organic Law on Data Protection. o Services Law of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce.
