Fulfilling the roles of Confidants, Advisors, Interpreters, Guardians, Custodians, Coordinators and Administrators. Creating strategy, administration and governance considerations required to enable legacy families to flourish across generations. Acting as the custodians of a family’s strategy, governance and operating procedures. Maintaining the primary repository of family information, financial records, minutes and legal documents. We believe the design of family governance systems offers practical and positive solutions to most challenges facing legacy families. Our team collaborates with clients’ existing advisors and maintain an external ecosystem of leading experts in various jurisdictions, and practice areas to cater to the needs of sophisticated consumers.
