Our passion lies in supporting a new way of doing business. A way of doing business in which it is possible for compassion and profit to sit side by side. SG Development Solutions was set up in 2010 by Susan Grandfield and it is her passionate belief in people and their capacity to change that drives everything we do.We love working with clients who recognise the need to change but have not yet worked out how. Clients who are open to trying something new, challenging the status quo and are not afraid to learn about themselves and what really makes them tick!We work with individuals on a 1:1 basis and with groups or teams to help them press the pause button and re-connect with their true purpose. We use techniques based in neuroscience and mindfulness to help people recognise the impact their thinking has on their behaviour and their performance.
