Shades of Hope Services is a locally owned person-centered organization providing services such as housing assistance and in home support to clients around the Twin Cities metro area.Home and Community Based Service Provider (245D)- Providing clients with the resources they need for day to day living including but not limited to personal support, respite care, night supervision, 24 hour emergency care, and individual community living support.Housing Stabilization Services- Assisting individuals that are displaced, disabled, diagnosed with mental and/or substance abuse disorders, as well as senior citizens locate and maintain stable and affordable housing in communities of their choice.
