Keeping things simple is the key – we live with and build relationships with the locals, keep teams small and versatile, and focus on sustainable aid to achieve lasting change. This allows us to mobilise, respond and adapt quickly, as well as stretch our limited funds to an extent unprecedented by other Western organisations, so that we can provide the Hope that no one else can or will.
