Shajara Consulting is a multiservice consulting firm specialized in providing intersectional solutions for human security problems within the private, public, and social sectors. The human security problems we cover are Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion; Race, Ethnic, and Gender Relations; Government Relations & State Security; BIPOC Criminalization; Gender Based Violence; and Education. Our services are categorized in consulting; research & design; management & implementation; public relations; coaching; and training. We use research driven and action-oriented methods uniquely designed from academic literature, grassroots movements, and artistic advocacy. Coupled with our in- house research & education institute (Shajara Institute), we seek to cultivate real change and development in our globalized neighborhoods. Shajara Consulting strives to increase human security so all can live and breathe peacefully with freedom from fear, need, and indignity.
