Shaka Brah! Games started from a personal passion of developing narrative-driven, decision-based games for the mobile gaming market. The co-founders spent many years in the film industry wearing multiple hats from directing to props design. Both of the founders are screenwriters which is valuable to create a dynamic story that keeps the player's attention. The vision of Shaka Brah! is to immerse players into games that look and feel like a film, but take them a step further. Players are able to not only interact, but make decisions for the characters that psychologically and emotionally connect the players to the characters. These decisions drive the story and can even make for alternative endings. The stories and characters are powerful and relatable which allows for a strong fan base and following. Shaka Brah! means "hang loose" in Hawaii and while the company culture promotes a chill environment, the team's mantra is: Stay Driven, Be Passionate, and Achieve Innovation! Shaka Brah! Games delivers high-quality mobile games for Android and iOS that focus on the ever-changing needs of customers. The company currently hires talented and experienced freelancers for both development and design. The main goal is to bring everything in-house from concept to completion. A secondary goal is to incorporate console game development in addition to mobile within the next 3 years.
