ShaleLogix, LLC was formed in 2013 in response to the rapid expansion of gas and oil development in the Utica and Marcellus of Ohio and Pennsylvania. With this rapid expansion, the production of drilling liquid wastes has overburdened the available infrastructure to treat such wastes locally.
