SHALS is a clothing brand based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia which was established in 2011 by the Shals sisters, Shalma Ainaa and Shalmanisa. Since its launch, it has expanded to include a range of ready to wear, accessories and handbags. SHALS reflects the sense of relaxed and timeless elegance of reinvented classics for your wardrobe essentials. Our garments are thoughtfully made to last beyond the season bearing in mind functionality and practicality. We grasp our inspiration from the traditional technics and silhouette with the combination of modern and minimalist aesthetic. To further define our concept and visualization, the essence of masculinity is injected to further emphasize the concept of modern femininity that can be seen through the creation of each piece that portrays confidence and powerful elements, which is relatable to all the women around the world. The narrative of SHALS is still being written as we progress to inspire our surrounding just how the environment never stops inspiring us.
