Select projects include:• Non-Profit Research Institute: Through a combination of stakeholder interviews and an assessment of business goals, organizational structure and systems, R&D portfolio, and content assets, developed and delivered a marketing playbook to help one of the research units meet its growth goals, including leveraging Pardot/SF for campaigns, increasing productivity and visibility through implementation of content marketing platform, DivvyHQ, and driving brand awareness/thought leadership through social media training.• Executive Coaching Firm: Boutique executive coaching firm needed a digital strategy to increase thought leadership and demand creation. Developed and executed a multi-channel campaign strategy resulting in a 693% increase in Marketing-Qualified Leads and a 547% increase in social referrals in only three months.• Automotive Services Company: Following the merger of two business units, developed the content strategy for a new social-based collaboration portal for 60,000 employees. In collaboration with IT, Communications and UX, performed a content audit as well as qualitative research/analysis to inform the content strategy and information architecture that once implemented, leading to an estimated $1 M in savings due to improved employee productivity and satisfaction through online social collaboration.• Electronic Payment Services/Technology Provider: Led training of 30-member global marketing team on Content Marketing Strategy and Tactics with the goal of increasing demand, efficiencies and measurable ROI. Developed buyers' journeys by product and persona and conducted content audit that delivered strategic insights to inform the content marketing plan. Once implemented, engagement increased across each stage of buyer's journey, resulting in a 45% increase in Marketing Qualified Leads.
