We also have online courses, and certify internal trainers to use our tools to solve the above problems.Our solutions are designed using our Shaping Paths methodology, based on the book "Shaping Paths – How to Design and Deliver PRACTICAL Training" by our founder Jamie Dixon. This methodology uses behaviour science to design practical tools that enable learners to solve the problems they are facing at work. All training solutions are designed around these practical tools.Our mission is to inspire positive change.
