The organization licenses EDA tools and coordinates relevant trainings, workshops, transfer of knowledge and sharing of semiconductor IP.Together with partners, such as BCS, Shared EDA organises events and seminars on technical topics. By joining Shared EDA, you can join these seminars and events and meet new partners.For start-ups and SMEs: Shared EDA makes EDA tools and Intellectual Property (IP) libraries affordable for Small and Medium Sized Enterprises and start-ups in the field of electronic design. Mentor Graphics was the first big EDA vendor that has made virtually all of their tools available through Shared EDA at unique flexible terms of use.
