Sharks Ventures was the entrepreneurial / corporate venturing arm of the NRL club. Operating as a business innovation lab it used a design-thinking approach to deliver diversified revenue through entrepreneurial activity:- Designing and launching business ventures;- Developing new assets;- Prototyping.It operated in 2017 and 2018, winning the NSW Business Chamber Award for Excellence In Innovation for the South and East of Sydney region, and being named a finalist at the NSW state awards.
