Our firm practices real estate and community association law representing homeowner associations, condominiums, timeshare clients, businesses, contractors and investors. Practice areas include litigation, collections, foreclosure, bankruptcy, title disputes, contracts, corporate law and insurance defense work with companies such as State Farm, Travelers and General American Insurance Company. Some notable accomplishments include litigation involving IRS income tax lien disputes and other cases for fraudulent transfers and embezzlement, two of which resulted in judgments in excess of $1.5 million and $1.9 million. Mark regularly teaches seminars on community association law to attorneys and professionals in the industry, both locally and nationally. He has taught courses for Lorman Educational Services, the Maricopa County Bar Association, the Community Associations Institute, and The Leadership Centre (TLC). Mark was distinguished as the "2009 Instructor of the Year" for TLC. Mark graduated with distinguished honors (magna cum laude) from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Arts. He also earned his law degree from Arizona State University's College of Law and is currently licensed to practice before the State Supreme Court of Arizona, including all Arizona state courts, and the United States District Court of Arizona.
