I see people in 2 general types of situations:📉 Situation 1, people work 40 hr a week but it drains them as if they worked 100. 📈 Situation 2, people can work 100 hr a week and love it so much it feels like they worked 40. Situation 1 is far too common in my opinion. On top of people being unhappy, as a society we miss out on a tremendous amount of value. If just 1% of the population was plucked from Situation 1 and placed in Situation 2, that translates to a gain of 9 billion hours of productivity in a year! This means new businesses, new technologies, and above all, people are happier. This is my goal. Move people from Situation 1 to Situation 2.
