Shenzhen Tong fang Electronic New Material Co., Ltd. was established in 1994. It is a subsidiary of Hong Kong Tongfang Technology Co., Ltd. and Taiwan Keelung Investment Co., Ltd. We have 20,000m2 self-owned land and industrial standard workshop in Guanlan in Baoan of Shenzhen. We specialize in development and production of precision electronic chemical materials. Our main products include: ① soldering flux: flatting rosin washing-free soldering flux, all-hydrogen rosin washing-free synthetic soldering flux, low solid content washing-free rosin soldering flux, colorless transparent soldering flux, lead-free soldering flux, leveling soldering flux, water-based soldering flux and different diluents and cleaning agents, totally eight series and more than 40 varieties. ② Yellow adhesive, red adhesive, green adhesive and black adhesive used in electronic assembly. ③ Insulation varnish series: air-dry, baking. ④ SMT: soldering paste, lead-free soldering paste, red surface mount adhesive. ⑤ Lead-free tin rod (bar).We take high technology, high starting point and high requirements as the aim, have passed ISO9001 international quality system certification and got national grade product quality detection certification.
