#ShePersisted is a global initiative tackling gendered disinformation and online attacks against women in politics, founded by gender equality expert Lucina Di Meco and democracy activist Kristina Wilfore. We work with actors and institutions around the globe to increase understanding of gendered disinformation; support women leaders who are targeted by online attacks; and influence transatlantic conversations on social media standards. Through our research, events, webinars, and roundtables with global leaders in the field, we aim to put an end to gendered disinformation and support women’s political parity in government worldwide.
