We collaborate with church staff and align ourselves with their goals to make faith-based learning experiences more interactive, impactful, and fun. Our approach involves tailor-fitted service, learner-centered advocacy, and faith-infused pedagogy.OUR SERVICESGenerate Data: We'll use quantitative and qualitative methods to measure the intellectual, social, and spiritual growth of your learners, and produce a report that includes data summaries and recommendations for progress.Develop Educators: We'll interview and observe bible study and youth programming educators as they work with their learners, and provide a report that includes helpful feedback and resources for growth.Review Curriculum: We'll review and refine the learning materials distributed to your learners, as well as the lesson plans used by your educators. Learning materials may either be in print or digital forms.Host Workshops: We offer occasional and ongoing trainings for new and established educators to develop their skills in group facilitation and their knowledge of high-impact learning strategies.
