I have had various part-time positions - Non-Executive Director, Chairman, part-time CFO and Strategic Business Advisor. As a Non-Executive Director I attend board meetings with the intention of helping start ups and fast growing companies with strategy, growth and exit for value. I also project-manage companies going onto AIM. I represent Venture capital on company boards. I help companies achieve their objectives. I always come from the commercial and financial angle rather than just the financial angle, although profitability and cash flow are very important. I am a team player and believe strongly that for ambitious companies it is very important to have a capable management team with a track record to achieve their value.
