Without any added water, the original flavour is untainted in the bottle. As pure as it can get: from the cask, to the bottle, to the glass.NON CHILLFILTEREDWe want to keep the taste and characteristics of the whisky intact, so we choose to non-chill filter the whisky. Chill filtering removes natural fatty acids, esters & proteins, thus altering the natural product. It is vital for us that as the whisky is bottled, the original flavour is maintained.NATURAL COLOUREvery whisky has its owns color, smell & taste. No two whisky should look the same. Sherwoods whisky will never have any added colourings so that the first sight will trigger the senses.
