Shifting Growth is a federally registered charity with a mission to transform vacant property into temporary community gardens and growing spaces. We've built over 1,000 individual mobile community garden beds throughout the lower mainland of British Columbia, Canada. Our community garden beds are allocated to local community members who are in need of growing space to grow food and flowers. Using mobile garden beds sitting atop shipping pallets, we are able to work with private landowners to provide a value-added interim land-use. Our garden projects are temporary and have a lifetime of 1-5 years.
