Shikshanganga' is a collective movement of focused and driven individuals, from Maharashtra, working tirelessly to eliminate these very educational inequities from society. Started by the ‘Teach for India' fellow, ‘Mr. Samrat Pawar', Shikshanganga's ‘Theory of Change' firmly believes in the collective movement of like-minded youth, driven to bring about a reformation in the educational landscape of Maharashtra. It emphasizes ‘TAL- Teaching as a Leadership', thereby building a leadership model of passionate youth, determined to work at the grass-roots level. Shikshanganga's body of work is well reflected in its inclusive approach in the appointment of mentors, organizational framework, and the classroom environment provided to students.Together, we can surely bring about a radical transformation in the educational landscape of Indis, because we firmly believe that, ‘One book, one pen, one child, and one teacher can change the world!'.
