Shine a Light was created in March 2007 by Gabriel Siqueira, manager and facilitator of conflict management, with the aim of "bringing light to the darkness of the Age of Information Obesity." To Shine a Light we adopt a radical, questioning, revolutionary, but never losing our tenderness! And so we reflect on society and organizations around us, seeking ways to promote well-being to ourselves, our communities and the world. In tune with this objective, Gabriel Siqueira launched the Ecovillage Management online course in 2015. Through a virtual learning platform, Mr. Siqueira shares the results of his master's research on alternative community management and his practical learning in the co-creation of Aldeia: a collective of families, where he lived for four years. Our work seeks to increase self-knowledge, to achieve a positive impact on communities and to shine this light for the benefit of the whole planet. Shine a Light: to let the Good Vibes flow!
