Our vision is to provide holistic health and wellness services to children and their families in the Canberra community. We aspire to establish and thrive in a society where self-care and well-being are encouraged and nurtured across all ages.To bring that vision into reality Shine Om teaches children and their families the tools and benefits of self-care for increased wellness inclusive of mindfulness, meditation, relaxation and yoga through a fun, interactive and engaging manner.Shine Om has crafted a self-care range to support holistic wellbeing which includes natural and organic skincare, massage oils and essential oils. We deliver Kids Yoga, Teen Yoga and Mindfulness classes in Early Learning Centres, Primary schools, High Schools and Colleges across Canberra and share our skills and knowledge with teachers through our professional learning workshops.Our Kids, Teen and Yin Yoga classes are held in Belconnen, and we offer Family Yoga and workshops in both the Tuggeranong and Belconnen regions.
