Shine-SA is a consultancy firm operating within the architectural and town planning sectors. Our offering is backed by approximately 16 years of client relationship management and consultancy experience and we are in a very fortunate position of being connected to a network of trusted professionals including architects, engineers, town planners, fire consultants etc. Shine-SA operates regularly within the different councils and understand internal processes and requirements as well as key people in different departments. We help home owners, real estate agents and conveyancing attorneys with understanding the costs and timelines involved when it comes to updating of building plans, and then linking them with our excellent and trustworthy partner professionals. When new homes, or additions to existing homes is the dream, we help our client by doing some of the ground work with them before the architect is appointed to assist in cutting down on unnecessary professional fees, and also equip our client with knowledge by giving a comprehensive view of costs and timelines of all professionals involved in the project. We don't like surprises when it impacts our pockets negatively, and our goal is to keep the surprises to our clients to a minimum as well.Another side of our business offers industry specific services to architects, town planners, engineers etc. Our services range from submission and circulation, to picking up and dropping off of important documentation to assistance with arranging occupancy certificates
