SHING DESIGN ATELIER was established in 1995 with the vision of creating Architecture through an innovative approach to the use of Space and Materials. Collectively, the firm has a wide portfolio of both local and overseas projects. These projects range from single unit residential houses to multi-unit condominium projects, from conservation of shophouses to multi-storey commercial complexes.The firm's commitment to design excellence and professionalism stems from our strong belief that our Architecture serves as a medium through which the clients' needs and aspiration is conveyed in an enduring manner. Our ability to understand and empathise with the clients' ambitions enables the firm to provide innovative solutions to meet the clients' needs efficiently and cost effectively, with emphasis on design integrityin expression of space, technology and materials. In addition to architectural consultancy, the firm engages in master planning, project feasibility studies, interior design and space planning, and project management. The firm has also led teams comprising of other disciplines in the participation of Design-and-Build projects with Builders. In conducting all activities and co-ordinating other disciplines, a total integrated solution to all projects undertaken is one of the hallmarks of the firm.
