For more than ten years, Shining Stars has opened its door to children with learning difficulties. We have been striving to provide continued support for those individuals. Children with learning difficulties will thrive with a supportive environment and programs to support their learning. With that in mind, we started the Early Intervention Program, and later, the Primary Functional Program for primary aged children.
