We live in a tough, complex, and very competitive society. Many of us cannot fully enjoy life. We feel like we can't shine. We need guidance and help to deal with the many situations we face each day. We want to be understood and learn from other people's experiences and knowledge, and restore our peace of mind and shine again.Our community is formed by a group of people from very different generations (from the age of 19 to 65), who have gone through difficult situations and have learned from them. Our team is made up of psychology students and professionals from very different fields. We search for the scientific, theoretical, and practical basis in the contents we produce.1.
