The world is growing fast and population expansion is putting huge impact on basic Public Utilities and Infrastructure. Particularly in cities. As an example in 1800 only 3% of the world population lived in cities, it is now well over 50% of the world's population which now resides in these land areas. There is less and less land available to build on, and any available land is often very expensive, so the land costs are often at a premium. The air quality in many of these cities is also getting worse. The death toll from tiny particular matter toxic pollution in London is on the brink of hitting 2,500 people this year alone and its on the increase. Many cities are adjacent to the sea and have rivers or estuaries inshore. These water based locations are often under-utilised and can be adapted to accommodate converted ships. ShipEco Marine Limited have developed a number of tailored designs to manufacture Public Utilities of water, gas, power and data from cleaner fuel sources to reduce emissions and particular matter. These designs use existing Ships by first modifying the drawings and enabling the conversion of a vessel which can be bespoke to the site in which it will resides.
