Starting off in the year 2008, ShipTek, the flagship event of Biz Events Management in the maritime sector shall enter its 15th edition.ShipTek has been a one of a kind event all of which has been blessed with a continuum of leader's foresight. The venue for ShipTek 2008, the first of the series, was none other than Cochin, the Queen of Arabian Sea. Encouraged by the success of that event, ShipTek 2009 was organized with a wider network of global participants at the exotic Southeast Asian country, Singapore. The event evoked huge interest and enthusiasm among the key global players in the industry, despite the world economy being in the grip of a deep recession. In 2010, Dubai, the emerging business capital of the world, was chosen as the next venue for ShipTek, where the world mariners witnessed one of the most transitional and transformative event of the year.
