We created Futurefab brand of RFD/RFP Rayon, Modal Fabrics to balance the needs for quality weaving, processing and final apparel within shortest possible time with design integrity, with minimum wastages , to minimise value losses with faster retail velocity .These fabrics are linked to needs for High end fashion like bright colours in dyeing and rastor/digital look images through screen print.We have over 20 years experience of working with supply chains of global and Indian Retailers across Asia and we understand the needs of all stakeholders.These fabrics will be the building blocks through which fast fashion can be created in shortest possible time through 4 components.1) RFD/RFP Fabrics2) Dyed base fabrics (100 to 120 shades) based on fashion trends. create inventory on replenishment model for JIT delivery. these will be also produced through sustainable processes (100% exhaustion or pigment dyeing) to minimise impact on environment.3) Top up with screen , digital printing, embellishments. Here again we aim to minimise % share of polluting processes like Reactive, Discharge printing.4) Finishing : anti microbials, soil release etcwhile doing these meet the requirements of fashion : brightness, sharpness, soft handle, fastness, other stds like RSL,GOTS, ZDHC etc. above all costs which will entyce the consumers to buy the products within the fashion cycle.We will provide full retail solution starting from base fabrics to processing to timely deliveries etc
