Our goal reflects in our name Purple Kaddu where "Purple" is all about finding goodness in foods, in even the not-so-popular "Kaddu" (pumpkin).Experts at Purple Kaddu are designing a nutritional knowledge base to fulfil this vision. The knowledge base will provide information and guidance on packaged foods, beverage products and healthy recipes; plus a section on foods suitable for children. Purple Kaddu also associates with diverse eating joints from gourmet restaurants to tiffin services, and food manufacturers to understand present nutrient values of their products. Based on this research, we aim to develop healthy alternatives with right nutritional values, to provide healthy alternatives each time.
