Shroff. It has done a lot of landmark government buildings like: Central building annexe, Government Polytechnic College, T.B hospita, Administrative building opposite council hall , Police Commissioners Office and many more.Entering the industry in 1980, under his fathers guidance, Mr. Jaiprakash P. Shroff,(Chairman and Managing Director of SHROFF GROUP) bagged the opportunity to bring about a further transition and turn towards real estate as a developers. Since then through hard work, vision and commitment, he has continuously contributed in the up lift-men of the construction industry .
