Shubhra Ranjan is one of India's well-recognised academicians and policy influencers in Political Science and International Relations. She is considered a role model, coach, and mentor by millions of youth across different geographies and educational backgrounds. Prior to co-founding Shubhra Viraj Edutech, she was part of the faculty team at Vajiram & Ravi. She has also taught in various Delhi University colleges and worked as a Research Associate at the Indian Institute of Public Administration (IIPA). She has authored books for competitive examination preparation which are read by thousands of students. Her Youtube program Samvaad is one of the most-watched sessions on political philosophy, strategic thoughts, and contemporary issues, with a subscription of nearly 3 lakh. At Shubhra Viraj, she is responsible for the overall academic vision, course design, faculty selection, and mentoring. Her experience, knowledge, and passion for teaching have been some of the primary reasons that Shubhra Viraj EduTech Private Limited is considered one of the renowned institutes for the preparation of the Civil Services Examinations conducted by UPSC. Shubhra holds MPhil, Masters, and Bachelor's Degrees in Political Science from Delhi University. She is a recipient of the prestigious Silver Jubilee merit scholarship of Delhi University for her outstanding academic performance. She was the President of Daulat Ram College Students Union, 1993-94.
