For more than 20 years Lisa Hammond and Tammie Nelson have honed their craft of adaptive project management. Lisa's experience spans decades of corporate and start-up companies where she managed acquisition integrations, mobile development, and customer delivery. Her passion for connecting disparate pieces of information has allowed the creation of a new financial framework to expedite decision making and ease data collection. Tammie's passion for systems began in the U.S. Navy. She parlayed her military experience into leading telecommunications, technology, and cybersecurity initiatives. Together Lisa and Tammie began Shyft Partners to serve clients at the intersection of strategy, execution, and customer-centricity. Shyft engages with thought leaders on the newest methods to accomplish work.
