Sicam s.p.a è stata fondata nel 1973 e da allora ha sviluppato la sua attività nel campo della distribuzione dei tubi d'acciaio, diventando uno dei principali canali distributivi, prima in Italia e poi come BIANCO GROUP. La sede centrale si trova a Parona Lomellina (PV) e dispone di una superficie di 150.000 mq.
