Sidewalk Infrastructure Partners (SIP) was formed in 2019 and is backed by Alphabet, Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan, and StepStone Group as its anchor partners. SIP's mandate is to transform infrastructure by harnessing the power of technology. We leverage innovation to make infrastructure more resilient, sustainable, accessible, convenient, equitable, efficient, safe, and affordable.SIP's flexible holding company structure enables us to act as a long-term strategic partner with patient capital. We generally take a hybrid approach, both funding and developing large-scale next-generation infrastructure projects and advancing and investing in the technologies that enable those infrastructure projects.
