"The purpose of the Sidney-Shelby County Chamber of Commerce is to enhance the business climate in Shelby County conducive to stability and growth in an effort to serve, support, and promote the Corporation and its Members." In addition to furthering the interests of the Shelby County business community as outlined in our mission statement, our Chamber is also instrumental in leading the Downtown Sidney Business Association and Sidney Visitors Bureau initiatives. The Downtown Sidney Business Association strives to develop Sidney's downtown area as an essential center of opportunity for retail, commercial, residential, cultural, and religious activities. The goal of the Sidney Visitors Bureau is to advance, encourage, and promote visitation and tourism activities within the City of Sidney. Combined, the Sidney-Shelby County Chamber of Commerce offers a significant resource within our community to promote its growth and development.
