We are unlike our corporate competitors who may be using outdated methods and techniques because of bureaucracy in evolving recruiting practices: First, because how fast the job market is changing. And second, due to the size of agency recruiting organizations; policies, procedures and strategies that have to be researched, redesigned, contracted with vendors, approved and transferred down to teams in complete cohesion for training and compliance with KPI's - it takes months and years (and we know because we worked in Corporate and we loved it, except for how long it took to adapt changes!). Who is SES? Our team has been recruiting in Nevada since 2005 (and for the last 2 years, Regionally and Nationally). We bring a strong network of professionals of whom to connect with our valued employer clients. Most of the professionals we place nowadays are passive job seekers. This is one of the big values we offer: to find, solicit interest and screen professionals that would not be actively looking for a new company. When a hiring company publishes an open job requisition in 2019, they are only getting active job seeker applicants. With unemployment at 3.1%, it's often a very small pool of qualified individuals, if any. And employers don't get their full range of choices. The result is they hire the best of the applicant pool in that space and time, but not necessarily the best hire for the company long term. Hence, turnover can result, or worse, hiring a person who is not a match in skills or personality for the short or long term goals of the company. It's risky when there is no 3rd party involved for support and audit of the hiring process for both sides of the anticipated union. What We Do?
