Sierra Leone International Yacht Registry (SLIYR) was established in 2012. SLIYR is a part of Sierra Leone International Ship Registry (Singapore) but operates independently. SLIYR has the Head Office in Odessa. SLIYR registers non-commercial yachts with maximim number of passengers - 12. SLIYR issues the following documents: Certificate of Registry Radio Station License (including Call Sign and MMSI) Serge Iantchichine is a Deputy Registrar of Yachts. He worked many years for Vanuatu Maritime Authority as a Deputy Commissioner of Maritime Affairs, specializing in registration of yachts and certification of yachtsmen.
